I think it is inevitable at the end of another calendar year that we all end up doing a little more soul searching that we do the rest of the year.  We look back over the course of events that have shaped us for better or worse and make our vows on what we will do differently in the year to come.  Will you stick to them?  That is another story entirely. 

 

There are some amazing items out there for all of your SL party needs right now with Christmas and New Year's lurking so close and I highlighted a mere few here. 

 

Firstly at the Zodiac event this is the Adore & Abhor gown for Capricorn.  I am a love it for being not only a mermaid gown but also being my birthstone garnet.  It comes in naughty and nice versions and more colors are due to be released in store after the event.  Do you dare to wear naughty? 

 

Secondly if you have not been to My Attic I strongly suggest checking it out.  The items within are all VERY reasonably priced (at 95L each this blogger believes) and this month did not disappoint.  Glam Affair has released three holiday skins there which I could not resist adding to my growing collection of her skins.  W. Winx has this amazing New Years Winxbox and it can be used with the poses included or your own if you like.  Also Exile has released this amazing hair with hairclip attachment optional.

Comfortable

This is a day late, but technically, I took the picture yesterday! So it still counts! SL Blogger Support's "Inspire Me" topic for Tuesday was "A few of my favorite things". When I woke up it just seemed like a comfy cozy kind of day, so I immediately went to some old stand by's in my inventory....you know, those things that if they were RL items they'd be worn out and well broken in. And of course, I had to take the picture in my favorite room of the house...my bedroom. I fell in love with the West Lake house from L2 Studio the second it was released. Being that I have a large family in sl, I had to mod this house a bit and my room ended up being so cozy and comfy! I'm ready to crawl into my bed and lounge the day away!

Everyone Has a Secret

Admit it, you do. I'm waiting for my secret to show up and well...yah. This evening called for sweet and sexy. The Secret Store Babydoll was surely the first thing I pulled out of my closet! Maylee Oh also recently released the Loveable Pumps in the most amazing array of colors. I fell in love instantly. One of those deals where I really should have just sucked it up and bought the fatpack instead of going back ten times to buy individual colors. You can even buy separate color packs with 5 or 6 versions! (I will never learn!)



Anyway, the wine is chilled, the lights are low and the music is on...
