Just a quick blurb from me today.  I do love Fridays in SL.  It is of course pay day and also the kick off of my shopping weekend.  FLF was awfully good to us this week in my opinion.  I had to show off some of my favorite things including this button tank from Tulip, the Camp Out Stools from What Next and this divider from Lisp.  Also can we talk about love with these new shoes from Slink?  They are made to fit with the mesh medium feet so just remember you need to own those in order to wear these.

Circa @ HGE

There is so much spread across so many sims right now for the Home & Garden Expo it is hard to even wrap my own head around all the great stuff that is there.  I would however love to show off this little skybox from Circa.  It is a single room with a balcony and the box measures in at 13 land impact.  The bushes and sconces on the outside are not attached and are just a small amount extra.  There is also a light beam which is attached separately which is very pretty for day to day however for picture taking purposes I took it out.  Have I mentioned 100% of the proceeds from this skybox go to RFL?  Visit their display HERE.

Circa also released the little dining set which fits perfectly on the balcony which is in the top picture.  Again 100% of the sales go to RFL.  The ladder shelf also pictured in the inside shots is available in store as a hunt prize for free until May 30th.  It is in two parts across the store as it also comes with floor pillows and books.  The wall aquarium pictured above the sofa is also a free hunt prize available in store until June 3.  Happy Hunting HERE

Sometimes we all just need to kick back a little, listen to some music and love life.  Our Second Life roller coaster rides can be sometimes just as crazy as our real life ones.  We have ups and downs, bumps in the road and lord to we have drama on Second Life.  If you claim to be drama free then you either need to play a lottery ticket or quit lying.  (I tease I tease... maybe.)  Either way its good to get back to your roots once in a while and enjoy yourself and remember why you are here and who keeps you coming back.  My rock is my sister.  Life made us friends, love made us sisters.  And she was indeed kind enough to endure my whimsical retro backdrop while I made all kinds of horrid faces at her from behind this record. 

 

Make sure you stop by the Men's Department to scoop up this headset from some of our favorite people, the guys at 22769.  They also have a neck version as well and some really cool styles.  You do not have to be a guy to wear them!  This awesome pose is from Exposeur, I had been waiting for a chance to use it and as soon as I slipped those headphones on it all fell together.

I love waking up to new items that creators have dropped on me! And I get sooo excited when Paco from 22769 is that creator! 2769 has come out with some pretty amazing stuff for the Around The World event, but this dress is definitely my favorite. They are located in the Africa area, here. I haven't hit up the event yet, but I'm loving what I'm seeing on the feeds! I love events that bring out the creativity in everyone!

I also need to mention the awesome pendant lights from Vespertine for Fifty Linden Fridays. I love the bright colors and geometric shapes! I can't wait to find a spot for them in my home!

The World I Know

This weekend has been so full of goodies, I can barely stand it! Friday started out fantastic with the What Next wood burning stove and the adorable Lisp chairs that match the sofa's out at the current round of Collabor88. (I absolutely love, love, love, this set!) The, yesterday, I stumbled on this super cozy sweater and skirt combo from U.F.O. at SBG. I couldn't wait to get home and get cozy and dream of cold winter nights, snuggled on the couch in front of the fire. ♥
