A little more Fantasy Faire 2013 love for you all.  It has been a while since I donned my petite avatar, I am sort of sad I kind of forgot her for a bit.  However Fallen Gods sparked my love for it all over again when they came out with this stunning little dryad.  The parts are so intricate and it comes with a hud for further customization even down to fussing with the color of the berries/foliage.  Do yourself a favor and go check it out and remember what an amazing cause this is for while you give yourself a moment of whimsy.  I have to give a kiss to my sister who even posed with me.  Fantasy is usually not her thing but even she is down with this cause and doesn't she look stunning?

So... I know you can guess what I am blogging about.  That is right, Fantasy Faire 2013.  Have you been yet?  No?  Why not?

I have to admit I squeed when I put on this Fallen Gods skin.  I was surprised because well, reptiles and I usually keep a healthy distance.  But god the details of the body were so amazing. I found myself quite enjoying it.  You can tell in a glance there was some serious work put in there.  This skin is worth a peek, it has this purple hued base to it and it comes in the tone you see here as well as ones with highlights from yellows to reds to a cool blue.  Go play with it, its fun!

One of the best parts of diving in to blogging the Faire is the fact I have broadened my horizons and met some genuinely nice creators I had never run across before.  Its been really a treat to try new things and see things I would not have before.  This skin is from TempT and has some pretty cool scale work on it.  I of course need little excuse to pop on a pair of horns so I had a lot of fun getting my bad ass on for a picture. Musa made quite a few poses for the faire including a whole set based around gowns so you should drop by the store and check them out.  Happy demoing once you arrive at the faire my friends, make sure to check out some of the really different and exotic stuff like this!  <3

 Ducknipple just released these bodysuits a week or two ago now (my time table is still off from tax season!) and I thought it was the perfect match!

There is so much love for the Fantasy Faire I feel like I cannot blog it fast enough.  This amazing back piercing is available from Heartsitic.  It is rigged mesh and available in the standard sizing.  Can I tell you how amazing it was to put this on and watch it move with me and fit with no painstaking piercing adjusting.  It also comes with a system layer shadow to wear with it which just makes it pop.  I had an opportunity to speak with the creator (heartdrainer) who is absolutely sweet and helpful by the way, so go check her out!!

A little more Fantasy Faire Love... SOOOOOON!!!  

Panda Express made these amazing little head sprouts in a variety of styles.  The exclusive one has some pretty awesome little butterflies buzzing around it.  There are also ones with petals falling off, basic leaves and mouth daisies, oh my!  This particular one in the set however really caught my eye with the raindrops and the lady bug, I am a sucker for small details like that.  They are a lot of fun so make sure not to pass them by while you are visiting!  I had been waiting for an excuse to blog this hair with flowers from Ploom which was from the Zodiac event for Aries, this head sprout gave me the perfect chance.

More Fantasy Faire Goodness!  Remember the Faire opens on the 20th.  :)

I was a little out of my realm when I tried out this avatar from Curious Kitties.  I had never blogged or worn anything quite like it before.  Come to find out they have an entire line of these in their store!  They are about fifty percent of your normal avatar size.  This particular one called Golem comes in four colors. (I picked blue!)  Go demo it, they are a trip!  

Ok, ok I know the original intent of this was probably far more along the lines of your typical golem like activities, however I just could not resist pairing it up with this UFO available at Hopscotch.  

As a side note, I think the best part of my evening wearing this was sneaking up on my sister and yelling take me to your leader.  She freaked out and punted me across the sim!

Guess what is coming on April 20th?  

It comes as no shock that Fantasy Faire is probably one of my all time favorite events in SL.  First and foremost the cause is of course huge.  Cancer is a topic that has probably had an impact on all of us in a personal way striking family, friends, and in some cases ourselves.  It shows no prejudice and no mercy.  So if you are going to give this is a good place to consider it.  Do it at the Faire, do it at a kiosk or if you are anti SL charity, make the donation right to the source.  Now that I have had my serious moment... 

Secondly, well I love anything fantasy and out of the norm.  I positively went giddy when I got to see what Panda Express had come up with.  This SteamLust dress comes in a bunch of patterns and colors all new for the Faire.  I happen to be wearing Cyber which is exclusive to the event.  100% of the proceeds go to the cause!  Demo it, try it, the textures and styles are AMAZING!  Also some special love to Musa who put out some great poses for the Faire!  I had a lot of fun with this one for my picture.  <3
