 I stopped by TLC's Boutique yesterday and one of the first items I ran across was this open mesh trench from Pink Outfitters.  I had to have it, and well this was why.  Now they do sell a great dress which fits under it as well this was a little more my speed as is.  I paired it up with my favorite Blacklace set and some Donna Flora pearls all in this great Warehouse Skybox from 22769.  You can make some pretty epic shadows with it!

Some places just have a special meaning in SL.  This particular one is where things just sort of started unexpectedly for Aric and I.  With traveling and crazy schedules we cannot always connect in world though we do connect every day.  I still miss him though right now, even though I know things will come back around to normal again soon.  <3

This is my first time participating in the What's Your Digits challenge so I really have nothing to compare it to.  You would have to put me through some pretty serious rounds of torture to get me to wear my older or original shapes.  It is just not happening, I worked pretty hard on getting my shape to a place where I am happy with it.  I am not a cookie cutter for standard sizing but I tweak what I have to up and down if necessary.  Usually the changes are minor.  A boob or booty adjustment is usually all it takes.  You cannot call me short, have you seen my sister?  I also did not bother with hand size in my picture because  I am ALWAYS in mesh hands now but before this I was typically a 10.

Well if the picture is not a clue, I am going to be out of town for a few days!  What that means in the realm of picture taking is I am going to have my work laptop that can barely pull off running SL.  So telling it high graphics and shadows as well as loading PS on to it, yeah, it wont happen.  There are some amazing things going on right now though so here is the quick scoop.

Collabor88 is just about ready to flip over for a new round.  My favorite item this last round has been these glasses from Boom.  I kid you not, they are amazing.  The price for the fatpack of colors was amazing too, so well worth the splurge for both guys and girls.

I like to think I know both of my SL sisters better than most.  I may not always be sister or friend of the year but they are always in my heart and mind.  I see a little of them in everything be it SL or RL.  Sometimes I am in a store and think hey Skylar or Ada would love this and they get a random message from me.  Last night I got a notecard from Severed Garden for this dress release and I zipped on over.  The prices there by the way are AMAZING if you are ever looking for something cute and they have gifting options.  Needless to say I saw this dress and knew Ada needed it immediately with this boho style and batik bottom.  So I dragged her off to Kaelyn's sim (It All Starts With a Smile) and this just sort of happened.  (I am sending Skylar the pink one when I see her, shhhhh!)  :)

So... I know you can guess what I am blogging about.  That is right, Fantasy Faire 2013.  Have you been yet?  No?  Why not?

I have to admit I squeed when I put on this Fallen Gods skin.  I was surprised because well, reptiles and I usually keep a healthy distance.  But god the details of the body were so amazing. I found myself quite enjoying it.  You can tell in a glance there was some serious work put in there.  This skin is worth a peek, it has this purple hued base to it and it comes in the tone you see here as well as ones with highlights from yellows to reds to a cool blue.  Go play with it, its fun!

I knew when this part of the challenge came out what I was going to wear right away.  This is one of my favorite hairs from DeLa and it was just perfect to capture the spirit of the theme.  Sn@tch released this dress a few weeks ago as well and I knew I would use it for this picture immediately.  Please note the corset and skirt at the dress, the extra addition of the white shirt is an old school favorite from Jane that I keep as a staple.

Airedine of Adore & Abhor is celebrating 5 years for her store!  I think that is pretty amazing if you ask me. Natalee Oodles has started up a Disney Bound challenge which you can read about here.  I had never heard of this new trend until now and I am fascinated by it.  It is so fun!  I am under the wire getting this done in time this week but I could not pass up a chance at Peter Pan.  Peter Pan is one of my favorite stories and I enjoyed trying to play the part without diving in to my vast collection of role play and fantasy wear and stick with regular clothes.  It was not was easy for me as I thought it would be but I think in the end I pulled it off!  The picture was taken on mine and Skylar's homestead and the fairy dust was added because... well because I am Peter Pan damn it!  :)

As a proud member of the hair nation generation I was of course in love with the title of this week's challenge for 50 Shades of Sexy.  You know you may not believe it but these are the Lola Tangos paired up with this cute set from The Bishes Inc.  I just felt the urge to prove the point (pun totally intended) that they do not need to be freakishly OMG you need back surgery huge and take quite a lovely picture when sized accordingly.  Also for you Tangos lovers, The Bishes Inc actually includes their applier with the purchase bundled up in one sweet price.  You do not need to make two separate purchases.  Score!

Fameshed is on and this was a chance to show off the new bedroom set I scored from Trompe Loeil!  This is just a small sampling of what the full set offers.  The bedding is all texture change so you can mix and match until you get something that suits you.  Other pieces not shown included a ceiling fan, trunk, a lamp of a different texture than the one I rezzed and a 1 drawer table.  The plant, radio and poster were of course my additions.  She sells it in different wood and texture combos as well as adult and pg.  Go check it out, but make sure to look on BOTH sides, she has two different wood options as well!

I Can't Drive 55

No really, I can't drive 55.  Its only a scooter for crying out loud!  Actually because this is SL I could probably get this thing going so fast I could catch air, but that is beside the point.

I picked up these amazing sequin shirts from Sn@tch in her last release.  She has been putting out some great mesh offerings lately.  Just make sure you demo!  She does it a little different, you buy a pack of one size versus a pack with each size within.  The difference, her items are typically transfer! It is a nice perk, especially for people like me who have clothed more avatars than I can count.  Her stuff always has fun patterns and great colors.  Bonus points for sequins!  This was a great opportunity to show off one of the new Magika hairs!  I love her fades, she makes me want to wear ALL the colors.

So I bet you are wondering how a scooter got involved with all of this?  My sister found it for me as a cheer me up and get your mind off things present.  Prefabrica offers this little mesh darling FREE on marketplace.  Of course I splurged and bought the customization hud for the extra $149L.  My scooter of course had to match me and purple was the color of the day. 

I can't drive 55, but I did almost drive off a platform in the making of this blog...
