Well it seems the 8th of the month is always a devastating time for my bank account but a very happy time for me.  Collabor88 was fantastic in my personal opinion and I tackled the event with as much gusto as a girl has at 7am with a cup of coffee.There is so much to highlight and this is a small sampling of what is available.  

Ison has released both the pants and the shoes I am wearing here.  Both are available in a range of colors and worth the demo.  I am a pretty basic pants girl so I stuck with the classic denim look here but I splurged on the seafoam shoes.  You know I do not fatpack as often as I probably would love to, but hey, we all have to have a budget.  That said, Auxiliary .. god what you do to me.  If you pop over to my flickr you can probably see the ring better I am wearing, the melting hearts are just amazing and I was not about to buy a single color.  Nor was I with these shirts because they are amazing.  They also come in a cropped version which is just the ruffles.  The D!va hair was of course worth a demo, I do love the ginger tone that gets a special release for the event.  And of course I bought out every Maxi Gossamer item there.  It is hard to see my necklace here perhaps but trust me when I say to go and check it out in person.  The details are outstanding.

Guess what is coming on April 20th?  

It comes as no shock that Fantasy Faire is probably one of my all time favorite events in SL.  First and foremost the cause is of course huge.  Cancer is a topic that has probably had an impact on all of us in a personal way striking family, friends, and in some cases ourselves.  It shows no prejudice and no mercy.  So if you are going to give this is a good place to consider it.  Do it at the Faire, do it at a kiosk or if you are anti SL charity, make the donation right to the source.  Now that I have had my serious moment... 

Secondly, well I love anything fantasy and out of the norm.  I positively went giddy when I got to see what Panda Express had come up with.  This SteamLust dress comes in a bunch of patterns and colors all new for the Faire.  I happen to be wearing Cyber which is exclusive to the event.  100% of the proceeds go to the cause!  Demo it, try it, the textures and styles are AMAZING!  Also some special love to Musa who put out some great poses for the Faire!  I had a lot of fun with this one for my picture.  <3

Natalee Oodles has started up a Disney Bound challenge which you can read about here.  I had never heard of this new trend until now and I am fascinated by it.  It is so fun!  I am under the wire getting this done in time this week but I could not pass up a chance at Peter Pan.  Peter Pan is one of my favorite stories and I enjoyed trying to play the part without diving in to my vast collection of role play and fantasy wear and stick with regular clothes.  It was not was easy for me as I thought it would be but I think in the end I pulled it off!  The picture was taken on mine and Skylar's homestead and the fairy dust was added because... well because I am Peter Pan damn it!  :)

It should be no surprise that when DCNY released these dresses at My Attic  the Constellations team  jumped all over the chance to dress up like the spice girls.  We made a bee line for these babies and remarkably there was no argument, we all picked our Spice Girl for the day with no overlaps.  Let me just say my favorite thing about them (besides that amazing price of 95L!) is the fact they are in two parts so you can really work with a variety of body shapes.  Fear not, if you are not in the mood to be a spice girl there are other styles as well to suit everyone's taste.  We snatched up the Adorkable Pop Star poses and were good to go!

So much excitement for a Friday morning! Firstly...Fifty Linden Friday! I was up and out early, so a lot of stores didn't have their items out yet, but the few that did totally set my mood! My top and boots, plus the table, chair and calendar are all FLF items! The (extremely) inspirational quote on my wall....coming soon for the Four Walls Hunt from Wall Candy! And my super adorable telephone? It's new from Soothe! A bunch of these have been released in the past week...but this is my favorite color, by far! It's a great day for shopping, kids!
