I decided to move a bit out of my comfort zone.  Aric mentioned a live photoshop editing he wanted to watch one night and I joined him.  (You can see his flickr work HERE)  I was floored at the level of work that was going in to this portrait and at the same time I was flooded with all these amazing ideas of how to do things I had never thought of before.  I was unable to watch the edit in its entirety but even the bits I caught just opened my eyes and made me want to spread my wings a little to improve myself.  If you ever see one come across flickr I strongly encourage you to dive in and watch.  This is the artist I got the pleasure of watching:  Rebekah Lyter .  So thank you for sharing Rebekah! :)

No Rain

And I don't understand why sleep all day

I confess, I probably have some of the strangest one on one conversations in SL.  I never do anything the way I plan to, plans are great but for me, they never happen.  I end up winging things a lot when it comes to even setting up a picture.  I messaged my twin and said I cannot find a song, I may just name this blog post bitch I look fabulous in orange.  Considering we spent the day riding on sharks with laser beams and adjusting a giant squid in my pond, that was maybe the most normal thing of our day.  Shiloh and Vetica however started chanting No Rain at me, after I beat the crap out of Shiloh with this amazing Umbrella.  You can buy your own to beat your sibling, friend or whoever with or simply look fabulous with from Yummy while it is still out at Collabor88 - HERE.  I also want to say I LOVE these polka dot tops from Somnia.  The come in a bunch of bright colors and are just fun.  She also has matching skirts so go pay her a visit HERE.

It should be no surprise that when DCNY released these dresses at My Attic  the Constellations team  jumped all over the chance to dress up like the spice girls.  We made a bee line for these babies and remarkably there was no argument, we all picked our Spice Girl for the day with no overlaps.  Let me just say my favorite thing about them (besides that amazing price of 95L!) is the fact they are in two parts so you can really work with a variety of body shapes.  Fear not, if you are not in the mood to be a spice girl there are other styles as well to suit everyone's taste.  We snatched up the Adorkable Pop Star poses and were good to go!

Friday is always one of my favorite SL days.  It means the kick off of weekend releases and I always look forward to that notecard from Sn@tch.  Ivey did not disappoint at all this week with these releases.  I could not resist running over to demo this sweater and skirt pack when I saw their pictures.  You get a lot for your money there, just remember to demo!  Their sizes fit me a little different then some of the other mesh out there.

These amazing boots showed up on plurk today and well, we had to have them.  Now you know it does not take much for us to get naked here, but we really felt they spoke for themselves and needed no extra frills.  Run on over to E-Clipse Design and pop on a demo.  Also, I highly recommend the fat pack.  The boots come in three color sets and the fat pack actually winds up coming out to just a little shy of the cost of two of the three packs.  Score!!!
