Damn you Keliah Angelis. A girl can only see Elvis logging in and out of SL so many times before songs like this get stuck in their head. I had to get it out of my system and so I went for the all out leopard print and some big hair from hair fair to work this out. Never change woman, I cannot wait to see what your name is next week.
I am usually more apt to wear long styles over short but something about Tram pulls me right in with their sassy short hairs. I had to grab this one from the Hair fair of course, the curls were so cute an fun and it takes very little to get me in almost a vintage feel or mood. Of course I had to dress it up with some cats eye frames that were lurking around my inventory. All your hair fair info including SLURLS can be found right HERE.
A little more hair fair love. Lelutka was another store that was an absolute home run for me. The stunning fae like hair pulled me right in particularly this style (but I got all of them!) It comes with the separate attachment of the crown of flowers so you can opt to wear it with or without. I paired it up with a fun little outfit from Severed Garden which gave it a great earthy like feel to me. You can find the slurls and guides to the Hair Fair HERE.
Onward to new releases! To mix things up since I have been yelling about hair lets switch to furniture. 11th Hour is releasing these Wisdom Chairs available in the store tomorrow. Some of what you cannot see as Skylar and I parked our asses right in them is the great stuff on the pillows. Mine in particular was my favorite of the batch "I would so fuck the cuddle out of you." A picture of course is never just a picture when you let the both of us run loose. We had a little fun decorating to go with the chairs. Damn that free loader stealing our pizza though!
Hair Fair has arrived. Four glorious sims worth of goodies for a great cause. You can follow that link there which takes you to their blog giving you a lay of the land so you can plan your shopping strategy. Some brands really hit home runs for me this year. Lamb for example came out with 5 amazing styles but I felt I had to show off this really cute vintage feeling one called Blue Monday.
I wanted to also take a chance to show off this new mesh piercing from Cute Poison which comes with a color change hud with a whole heap of options which is very easy to use. This pose is part of a pack from the Fist Pump Hunt which runs til the 26th so its a great chance to explore some stores and get some free goodies! Happy shopping!

I've always been a huge fan of Cute Poison's piercings. They're always so creative and, for lack of a better term...cute! Sae has been pumping out her piercings...in mesh! This makes adjusting each piece easy as pie since they're all one piece. This makes me happy, beyond reason! Yay!
Also, Okinawa Summer Festival2 starts today! You can pick up this adorable bikini from ASO! I only got a shot of the top, but it also comes with a regular bikini bottom (with some adorable bows on the hips) AND a skirt option....its fantastic! I haven't had a chance to hit up the Okinawa Summer Festival yet, but there's always some amazingness there!

Hair Fair 2013 arrives tomorrow and while I look forward to adding tons of new hair to my inventory it is important to remember where all that extra money is going too. You can read more about it on their blog and stay tuned for the opening tomorrow. Wigs for Kids has been providing Hair Replacement Systems and support for children who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy, radiation therapy, Alopecia, Trichotillomania, burns and other medical issues at no cost to children or their families.
I have to say this was one of my favorite finds. It was such a fun hair and I could see the movement in it so I settled on (red)Mint for my first picture of probably many to come. It comes in your standard and natural colors as well as some really fun multi-hued packs.
Welp, I intended to get a Collabor88 post done and off went my clothes. This skin however is available there right now from Glam Affair. I am a sucker for Mandala jewelry. I mentioned in a previous blog that they had more releases coming for their summer collection. Two more have rolled out and I knew immediately I needed Yakushi which consists of this amazing feathered necklace and earrings. The metal itself is color change so you have a variety of options based on what your preference is. I admit I was pretty excited it paired up perfectly with the Motsumame Ring from a previous collection. Captain's blog... SL date 6/2/2013. The strange phenomena of The Arcade has gripped the citizens on the grid into a frenzy. Like a magnetic force they are all drawn to this one location where they will spend hours searching through the machines for various collectibles some not leaving until every single one is in their possession.
I am showing off a very small sampling of the items I have acquired so far. Arcade is probably my favorite event . You have the whole month of course but some of us die hards have to have it all on the first day of course. I think hands down my favorite rare score of the event is this chair from Hopscotch. I squeed with delight when I saw it appear in my inventory. Skylar is still glaring at it but I think it will grow on her eventually. I think it is beautiful! Some of my other conquests include this amazing hair by Wasabi Pills (I had to have them all!) Of course Intrigue did not let us down with their plushy collection. Dinosaurs are the theme this round. Zigana made these amazing little robots, isn't he cute! And I completed it all with Glam Affair who has a stunning skin this round and the Dead Apple Eyes. Good luck shoppers and happy trading! The guys from 22769 released these amazing headpieces called The Dryad for L'Accessories. You can get them HERE. They come in a variety of colors and in gold and silver options. Obviously anything like this I could not resist blogging and embarked on the mission for the perfect crazy hair to accompany my new found brows. Hate crimes of any type are something that makes me ill, it makes my stomach turn and my skin crawl to think that there are people out there with such a horrific mindset that they would abuse, attack or even murder someone based on someone being different than they are. I am happy to show off the Pin Me Down items available at the fair right now. The amazing eyeliner I am sporting comes in a pack of 8 different options. I liked them ALL but this was my favorite hands down. Those of us who love our slink hands really love our nail appliers. PMD has released a set with a dark and Gothic feel to it ranging from spiderwebs to these pretty awesome white on black crosses I have here.

Miss Berry has put out another meme this week and I decided to jump in and give it a go. You can find the original here. So here are some of my guilty confessions about SL.
1. My inventory is a disaster. I just cannot seem to focus on cleaning it or shaving it down long enough to make it workable. I am often messaging Skylar out of the blue going what was the name of that thing we bought at the place on that day? I am lucky she has not stabbed me yet.
2. I am surrounded by people with OCD and I am their polar opposite with so many things. I have a few quirks but I never have that drive they do. It is why my furniture is sometimes floating, or away from a wall or all of that stuff. Thankfully there are two lovely people that when they are at my house they fix that sort of thing. I never argue. They love me and I love them!
3. I am terrified of confrontation, even in an SL platform. I am a fixer by nature but I seriously lack the necessary pair of balls that some of you have an I admire. That said, I will stalk the hell out of the drama and enjoy it from a back seat with popcorn even if I do not dive in.
4. I am a shopaholic. I totally forget I buy things, forget to unbox things, its sort of out of control. Refer back to number 1.
5. SL seems to amplify my ADHD to new levels. I have been known to randomly yell squirrel in an IM when I realize I drifted. There are so many things I always want to get done and I wind up getting hyper focused and losing track of IMs and conversations regularly. I am lucky to have some amazing friends that take me as is, the good and bad. :)

Well it seems the 8th of the month is always a devastating time for my bank account but a very happy time for me. Collabor88 was fantastic in my personal opinion and I tackled the event with as much gusto as a girl has at 7am with a cup of coffee.There is so much to highlight and this is a small sampling of what is available.
Ison has released both the pants and the shoes I am wearing here. Both are available in a range of colors and worth the demo. I am a pretty basic pants girl so I stuck with the classic denim look here but I splurged on the seafoam shoes. You know I do not fatpack as often as I probably would love to, but hey, we all have to have a budget. That said, Auxiliary .. god what you do to me. If you pop over to my flickr you can probably see the ring better I am wearing, the melting hearts are just amazing and I was not about to buy a single color. Nor was I with these shirts because they are amazing. They also come in a cropped version which is just the ruffles. The D!va hair was of course worth a demo, I do love the ginger tone that gets a special release for the event. And of course I bought out every Maxi Gossamer item there. It is hard to see my necklace here perhaps but trust me when I say to go and check it out in person. The details are outstanding.

Some mornings you just wake up in a bright and sunny mood. You know yellow is not typically my thing, but for some reason today it is. You can all stop clutching your chests or pearls in shock now that I am not dressed in some fantasy garb. I was honestly itching do do something a little more on the norm this morning. As many of you know from the stampede to the store yesterday Mon Tissu released these new dresses and they are downright adorable. Totally worth checking out for a demo. This adorable lady bug jewelry set was available at the last fameshed. I have a feeling it may be closed down for change over but fear not, I am sure Maxi will put them in her store quite soon if you missed them!
Most importantly, lets talk about the slink nail appliers, cause oh my god! The one draw back to the hands for me had always been I missed a lot of my fun nails. Adore and Abhor has been just pushing out adorable designs for these in the last few weeks. Here I am wearing her Kitten Claws set which has 6 color options in it. Go get them! Enjoy them! They are cute!!

A little more Fantasy Faire 2013 love for you all. It has been a while since I donned my petite avatar, I am sort of sad I kind of forgot her for a bit. However Fallen Gods sparked my love for it all over again when they came out with this stunning little dryad. The parts are so intricate and it comes with a hud for further customization even down to fussing with the color of the berries/foliage. Do yourself a favor and go check it out and remember what an amazing cause this is for while you give yourself a moment of whimsy. I have to give a kiss to my sister who even posed with me. Fantasy is usually not her thing but even she is down with this cause and doesn't she look stunning?

Panda Express made these amazing little head sprouts in a variety of styles. The exclusive one has some pretty awesome little butterflies buzzing around it. There are also ones with petals falling off, basic leaves and mouth daisies, oh my! This particular one in the set however really caught my eye with the raindrops and the lady bug, I am a sucker for small details like that. They are a lot of fun so make sure not to pass them by while you are visiting! I had been waiting for an excuse to blog this hair with flowers from Ploom which was from the Zodiac event for Aries, this head sprout gave me the perfect chance.
