So I was shopping at The Liaison Collaborative's Boutique last night and I ran in to my friend Lola.  You can check out her flickr stream HERE, she is a trip.  So we were both looking at this dress from Eclectic Apparel and she asked if I was going to get it.  And I said I would but I felt like I needed to hang with a crocodile if I purchased it.  It had that Steve Irwin feel to me.  Well I went about to take my picture and realized I had absolutely no experience short of watching the Crocodile Hunter as to how to go about this.  Needless to say it went horribly wrong.  But damn it I looked cute!

I've always been a huge fan of Cute Poison's piercings. They're always so creative and, for lack of a better term...cute! Sae has been pumping out her piercings...in mesh! This makes adjusting each piece easy as pie since they're all one piece. This makes me happy, beyond reason! Yay!

Also, Okinawa Summer Festival2 starts today! You can pick up this adorable bikini from ASO! I only got a shot of the top, but it also comes with a regular bikini bottom (with some adorable bows on the hips) AND a skirt option....its fantastic! So Vanity Poses brought me on a trip down memory lane with her recreation of this toy now available at The Boutique.  I should point out this was a rather dangerous toy for someone like me to own in the real world.  I cannot walk on a flat surface without killing myself.  You want me to loop something around my foot while swinging something that resembles a medieval weapon and skip over it all at once?  Why not!  This prop comes with 8 built in poses and it is color change so you can have your very own once again.  At least in SL I wont end up in a cast... hopefully!

I am happy to show off the Pin Me Down items available at the fair right now.  The amazing eyeliner I am sporting comes in a pack of 8 different options.  I liked them ALL but this was my favorite hands down.  Those of us who love our slink hands really love our nail appliers.  PMD has released a set with a dark and Gothic feel to it ranging from spiderwebs to these pretty awesome white on black crosses I have here.

The Lotus is my favorite flower. It's something that my bestie and I latched on to as young adults when our lives took us separate ways. We promised that no matter where we ended up, we'd always remember where we were rooted. We even have matching Lotus Flower tattoo's on our bodies, to remind us, every day. This necklace from Noodles will probably never leave my pixel body for as long as I remain in Second Life. I love it that much! And the Lotus Headband...just too cute for words. Guess what is coming on April 20th?  

It comes as no shock that Fantasy Faire is probably one of my all time favorite events in SL.  First and foremost the cause is of course huge.  Cancer is a topic that has probably had an impact on all of us in a personal way striking family, friends, and in some cases ourselves.  It shows no prejudice and no mercy.  So if you are going to give this is a good place to consider it.  Do it at the Faire, do it at a kiosk or if you are anti SL charity, make the donation right to the source.  Now that I have had my serious moment... 

Secondly, well I love anything fantasy and out of the norm.  I positively went giddy when I got to see what Panda Express had come up with.  This SteamLust dress comes in a bunch of patterns and colors all new for the Faire.  I happen to be wearing Cyber which is exclusive to the event.  100% of the proceeds go to the cause!  Demo it, try it, the textures and styles are AMAZING!  Also some special love to Musa who put out some great poses for the Faire!  I had a lot of fun with this one for my picture.  <3

So, April 1st was good for something other than all those crazy pranks. (Plurk Metro? Really?) A brand spanking new mesh home decor store, Eleventh Hour, opened! Busting Out Of My Bubble!

I finally did it! You may or may not know, I started a challenge back in January. It's called The Bust Out Of Your Bubble Challenge...and it's taken me forever to get my junk together and get it done!

Like a lot of people, I chose to have myself matched up with someone, randomly. I got super lucky and was matched with Roxi Bluewood from Cosmopolitan! I was way excited because she is adorable and our styles are rather similar! We talked back and forth a few times a week, trying to get our schedules together...and finally this week we worked it out! Roxi is adorable so it made taking our pics easy! And we had both been selected as Pose Fair 2013 bloggers, so we had TONS of poses to choose from! We used Infinity's Entwine pose above and Atooly's Pose 45 for the super fun pic below!

I wanted to show off a few new things.  Firstly Embody has released a pack of poses called Talk to Me for the pose fair.  They each come with a cell phone prop to fit the pose and are pretty darn adorable.  I tossed myself on my Digs daybed from a previous FLF to take the shot I loved it so much.  I am usually a mix and match person but I have to say getting a whole outfit in one box is kind of handy.  Ducknipple released a few new full outfits available on Marketplace right now, they are worth taking a peek at and I find their full outfits mix and match so nicely with other parts of their sets if you want to change things up.  Also... new Truth hair, need I say more?   Lots to demo and see, I may even catch up on it all one day! :)
